Request access
We verify you're a real talent seeker at a real firm. ASSA-accredited firms and in-house talent teams get priority.

Browse the curated pool
Filter anonymised profiles by specialism, stage, location, notice period, and — most importantly — by what they said they're open to.

Send one structured invite
Short brief, role type, salary band, hiring contact. The actuary accepts, declines, or snoozes — no DM spam.

They accept and share details
Only on accept does the actuary reveal their name and contact details. You only pay when an invite is accepted — no seats, no dormant-account subscriptions.
The search console
Anonymous until they accept your invite.
You see verified skills, stage, location and what each actuary is open to — but not their name, firm or contact details. Filters respect what each actuary actually opted into, so if they said "no permanent roles," that filter won't surface them.
Expect fewer results. That's the point — every profile in the pool is someone who told us, in their own words, that they'd consider your kind of conversation.
